At Sfuso we believe in drinking wine the way the Italians do. This
means going to the vineyard and filling up with the unbottled vino
sfuso or ‘loose wine’ direct from the source. Straight from the wine
makers, before it goes into bottles, even cutting back completely on
certain chemical processes. All the while, this helps small
vineyards sell their wines to even more people.
At Sfuso we thought this made a lot of sense, for everyone. And so,
we traveled to the best vineyards in Italy and asked if we could box
their best wines. Fewer preservatives, no glass, less harm to the
environment, just great Italian wines.
