Sfuso people are often “mulling over” new ways to get people to enjoy Sfuso. This christmas one way is by turning it into a remarkable home-made Sicilian ‘vin brulé’. That’s mulled wine, Glühwein, Izvar or Глинтвейн to some of you. While some may think it a sin to put wines as good as ours in an urn with spices, we think people have a right to amazing wine, no matter what they’re doing with it.
