Last night Sfuso and WeDidThis held a party at Dalston Heights. Sfuso served wine by the bottle in a unique way. Attendees to the party purchased a glass swing top bottle which, once empty could be brought back to the bar for refilling. This eco-friendly and novel approach to serving proved to be a great success, with many refilling their bottles before leaving the venue at the end of the night.
