Organic Catarratto di Sicilia

Catarratto is a delicious white grape indigenous to North West Sicily.  This wine reflects the grapes nature of producing fresh citrus characters with a crisp palate.  The vineyards are at 500 metres giving the wine the benefits of Sicily’s sunshine and cool nights that allow the subtle floral scents to develop. All this and organically cultivated which is why every sip yields all those spices and minerals.
